These terms cover this website and the services of Noor AI Concierge, run by Noor Zaman in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Each client also receives a short written agreement (quote) that sets out exactly what is included. If the written agreement and these terms differ, the written agreement applies.

Services

We set up and maintain AI assistants (WhatsApp, email, website chat, phone answering) and office automations (quotations, follow-ups, reminders, reports, data entry) for businesses, using the business's own information and accounts.

Prices and payment

• Prices on this website are in UAE dirhams (AED). The one-time setup fee is paid before setup starts; monthly fees are paid at the start of each month.
• Some services depend on third-party tools (for example WhatsApp Business messaging fees or phone minutes). Your agreement says which costs are included.

7-day promise and cancelling

• If the assistant does not help your business in the first 7 days after it goes live, tell us within those 7 days and we refund the setup fee in full.
• Monthly plans can be cancelled any month with notice before the next month starts. Fees already paid for a running month are not refunded.

Your part

• Give us correct business information and keep us updated when prices or services change.
• Own or have the right to use the accounts and phone numbers we connect, and follow WhatsApp's and other platforms' rules.
• Check important answers (prices, bookings) during the first weeks and tell us anything to correct.

Limits

AI assistants can make mistakes. They answer from the information you give them and pass anything uncertain to your team, but final responsibility for offers, prices and bookings stays with your business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not responsible for outages or changes of third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp, Meta, Google or phone providers).

Spekly

Spekly is in early access. Asking for early access is free and does not create any obligation for either side.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the UAE.
