Privacy policy

Noor AI Concierge is run by Noor Zaman in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, our services and our own apps, and how we use it. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What we collect

• Forms on this website. When you book a call, send a message or ask for Spekly early access, we receive what you type: your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, and your message. The forms are delivered to our email by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co).
• WhatsApp, calls and email with us. If you contact us directly, we keep that conversation to reply and follow up.
• The demo phone and the booking chat on this website run in your browser. Questions you type into the demo phone are not stored or sent anywhere. Your answers in the booking chat are only sent when you press "Send booking". A theme choice (black or sand) is remembered in your own browser.
• No tracking. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To answer you, book calls or visits, send quotes and follow up about our services.
• To set up Spekly early access for businesses that ask for it.
• We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for anything you did not ask for.

Clients' business data

When we set up an AI assistant or automation for a business, we use the business's own information (prices, services, FAQs) and connect to accounts the business owns. Customer conversations stay in the business's own accounts. We access them only to set up, test, maintain and improve that business's assistant, and only for as long as the service runs. We sign a written agreement with each client describing this.

Google and YouTube data (our "Noor HQ" app)

Our internal tool "Noor HQ" uses Google's OAuth and the YouTube Data API only to upload videos to our own YouTube channel and read that channel's basic details. It does not access anyone else's Google account or data. Tokens are stored privately on our own computer and are never shared or sold. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Who else handles data

We use well-known services to run our work, for example Gmail (email), FormSubmit (website forms), WhatsApp and Meta (messaging), and AI providers that power assistants. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted, unless you become a client. Client data is deleted or returned when the service ends, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email imnoorzamn@gmail.com or WhatsApp 058 935 8857. We reply within 30 days.
